Travis Chamblee is in his first year as a Graduate Assistant in the Media Relations office at Delta State University. Prior to his current position, Chamblee spent one year as a student assistant intern in AMR and one years as the Sports Editor of the Delta Statement.

Chamblee serves as the primary contact for Delta State's football and softball teams, and is also an athletics photographer. His duties include: statistics, media guide production, writing press releases, and serving as the primary spotter for football statistics.

Chamblee’s photos have been published in Sports Illustrated, as well as numerous newspapers across the state. He also earned first place “Best Feature” in the Mississippi Press Association’s Better Newspaper Contest Student Division.

Chamblee is a 2007 graduate of Delta State University with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Information and a minor in Journalism, and is currently working on a Master’s in Education with an emphasis in Sports Administration.

Chamblee graduated with honors from Warren Central High School in 2002.
