Graduate Assistant
Women's Basketball

Elizabeth Webb is the latest addition to Sandra Rushing’s coaching staff as the Graduate Assistant for the 2007-08 season. Webb a native of Harrison, Ark., comes to Delta State after graduating from Ouachita Baptist University in 2007.

She lettered four seasons for the Lady Tigers while starting her senior season. She also lettered in softball from 2004-06.
           
While playing basketball, she garnered the Female Scholar Athlete of the Year Award, as well as Basketball Coaches Award in her final season. She also help guide the Lady Tigers to their only post-season appearance in 2005 as a sophomore. The Lady Tigers finished 16-12 that season.
           
Prior to her college career, Webb lettered in volleyball, softball and basketball from 2000-2002 while playing for Northfield Mount Hermon in Northfield, MA. While playing basketball for coach Eric Jones, she was named an All-NEPSAC All-Star both seasons as well as Female Athlete of the Year and MVP in basketball and softball in 2002. She also holds the record for most career assists.
           
Elizabeth is the daughter of Gordon and Kandy Webb. She has one brother, Gregg. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Health Physical Education and Recreation.
